Analytics Account Executive - Mid-market

This role involves selling Tableau's software solutions to a defined portfolio of accounts, focusing on defining and executing account plans, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mentality, experience in enterprise software sales, a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals, and excellent communication skills, with fluency in Spanish being a requirement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Defining and executing your account and territory plans — proactively identifying and building relationships with new and existing contacts.
  2. Leading and qualifying multiple opportunities through the full sales cycle to successful close, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual quotas.
  3. Maintaining accurate customer data and sales forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
  4. Collaborating with internal resources — including product support and sales engineering — throughout the sales cycle.
  5. Delivering compelling initial product demos and partnering with sales engineering for complex, in-depth presentations.
