Analytics Engineer 5 - Ad Ranking

Netflix is building an in-house ad tech ecosystem and is looking for an Analytics Engineer to join the Ads Ranking team. This role will focus on designing and implementing data models and pipelines, developing metrics and dashboards, analyzing data to optimize ad delivery and revenue, and enabling A/B testing. The role also involves developing monitoring solutions for ML models and experimenting with Generative AI solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Data Engineers to design and implement robust data models and pipelines that enable richer, faster, and more accurate analysis.
  2. Design, build, and maintain scalable, self-service analytics tools and data products to drive adoption across the business.
  3. Develop, define, and maintain key metrics and dashboards for executive and business-critical reporting.
  4. Analyze and interpret data to understand and improve the efficiency of the ads marketplace, providing recommendations to optimize ad delivery, performance, and revenue.
  5. Develop and maintain observability and monitoring solutions for machine learning models, ensuring model performance, reliability, and early detection of anomalies or drift.
