Analytics Lead, Lus

This role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to improve the performance of bikeshare and scooter markets, driving data-informed strategies and impacting decisions related to operations, pricing, and product features. The primary focus is on data analysis and business intelligence within the urban mobility domain.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, Operations, Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives to conduct deep-dive analyses to root cause issues and propose solutions
  2. Develop frameworks, business logic and scalable processes to streamline reporting and drive decision-making
  3. Forecast operational requirements needed to maintain high service levels and meet contractual and financial targets
  4. Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver data quickly, reliably and accurately to our city partners
  5. Monitor and diagnose KPI performance and present findings to senior leadership
