Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Accounts Payable Accountant** Poznań, Poland**
Your responsibilities:
- Process invoices from suppliers and reconcile vendor account balances in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, leading to successful long-term business relationships.
- Combine process knowledge with proactive improvement initiatives.
- Actively manage AP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive actions to meet expected performance levels.
- Support AP Seniors, AP Supervisor with ad-hoc tasks.
Our requirements:
- Proficient in English.
- Organizational skills with prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Standardization and continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Accounts Payable area
- Experience working with SAP
- MS Excel for business purposes
- Analytical skills
- Good command of German
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
