This role is for a Regional Marketing Manager for APAC at Uber, focusing on B2B marketing to drive growth in key markets. The manager will lead lead generation campaigns, manage a team of regional marketers, oversee marketing performance, and partner with sales teams. Responsibilities include developing and executing full-funnel campaigns, creating content, and researching market trends. The role requires strong marketing channel knowledge, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead B2B ‘brand to demand’ lead generation campaigns across channels to boost awareness, drive engagement, and great pipeline for regional Sales partners.
  2. Manage a team of highly motivated regional marketers to deliver ambitious growth targets.
  3. Leveraging owned, paid and earned media, own Marketing performance in region, with the ultimate goal of delivering quality leads to our specialised Sales teams.
  4. Business partner with regional Sales teams, aligning commercial priorities and develop supporting quarterly Marketing plans to achieve targets.
  5. Define, develop, execute and measure regional campaigns to drive acquisition, awareness and adoption of Uber for Business solutions.

Skills

Required

  • Fluent in English
  • Min 7+ years B2C and/or B2B existing customer Marketing experience
  • Proven record of delivering effective campaigns into high valued existing customer bases.
  • Strong Marketing channel knowledge including, but not limited to email, LinkedIn, webinars, content etc
  • Structured problem solver with project management skills, attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot or other CMS, basic HTML skills, project tracking software (Asana/ Trello/Monday.com/Google Drive suite) are a plus.
  • Pan APAC experience a plus
  • Industry, travel or delivery experience a plus
