Logistics Manager for Apple's APO operations in China/Southeast Asia, overseeing OEM back-dock operations, transportation, and freight. Responsibilities include managing key metrics, supplier performance, cost-effectiveness, carbon neutrality, and team development. What you'd actually do

  1. Establish strategies / tactical plan to scale and support the team support structure and business needs within APO, Regional and WW Logistics Team.
  2. Develop WW project / execution plan to support volume surge and NPI launches and ensuring suppliers compliance to Apple HSR/FSR and Secure-Ship Operations.
  3. Interface closely with the Worldwide / Regional Logistics team on daily operations and update them on any logistics risk, challenges & developments within China.
  4. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess supplier’s key performance indices and implement operational improvements across the supply-chain.
  5. Commit to operational excellence in achieving on-time shipment execution at origin and maintaining product confidentiality, (zero loss, zero disclosure) for all NPI shipments.
