This role is for an App Marketing Lead for Amazon International Shopping and Prime Shopping, focusing on driving app installs and engagement through paid app marketing, expansion GTMs, and new marketing strategies. The role involves managing multi-million dollar budgets, setting vision and executing strategies for scaling channels across multiple countries, and partnering with various stakeholder teams. The candidate will own paid app marketing and drive app installs for Amazon Global International Shopping, including setting up measurement and tooling in partnership with Tech, Product, and BI/DE teams. Collaboration with strategic channel/product partners to automate, streamline, and optimize AI solutions in marketing practices is also a key responsibility.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive paid app marketing to drive app installs and engagement along with cross-funnel marketing strategies, collaborating with partner teams to launch integrated campaigns.
  2. Develop marketing investment frameworks, customer segmentation, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  3. Define paid app and app store marketing channel approach in SVP level Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new programs and features.
  4. Build and maintain detailed paid marketing playbooks and experimentation plans aligned with product roadmaps, customer needs, and business priorities.
  5. Set up mechanisms to communicate performance and be responsible for marketing PnL for three international amazon business (Amazon Bazaar/Amazon Exports and Amazon Prime International)

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels
  • Experience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertising
