This role is for an Apple Channel Store Territory Lead responsible for driving business results, enhancing brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through collaboration with store teams and regional leadership. The role involves product demonstrations, customer engagement, and influencing partners to achieve sales targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Influence store and regional leadership across multiple points of sale in a defined territory to build plans, achieve partner sales targets, and grow business.
  2. Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates. Educate and encourage store teams to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio.
  3. Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups..
  4. Strive for excellence and ensure Apple’s outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your territory; This includes ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
  5. Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 4+ years of related experience
