This role is for an Application Developer L4 in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, focusing on designing, delivering, and supporting secure and scalable identity solutions. The role involves application development, integrations, automation, platform engineering, and technical project execution within the IAM domain. It also includes driving automation and emerging agentic AI capabilities to improve workflows and operational efficiency. The position requires a blend of hands-on engineering, production support, project execution, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, build, enhance, and support applications and integrations across IAM systems and enterprise platforms
  2. Lead delivery of IAM-related projects including integrations, automation initiatives, migrations, and operational improvements
  3. Develop and support APIs, connectors, workflows, and automation to improve identity processes and reduce manual effort
  4. Integrate identity systems with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, cloud environments, and security services
  5. Drive implementation of secure authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access governance capabilities
