Application Product Manager - AI System Transformations

Celonis Celonis · Data AI · Madrid, Spain · Value Engineering

Product Manager role focused on building and shipping AI-driven enterprise solutions for system transformations, leveraging Celonis's Process Intelligence platform. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, from customer interaction and design to building and iteration, with a focus on customer adoption and scaling solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and ship purpose-built but flexible solutions that span the full enterprise modernization journey
  2. Leverage the most cutting-edge capabilities of the Celonis platform and compose them into coherent, deployable solutions
  3. Work hands-on with frontier AI development tools that plug natively into the platform, using them to accelerate how you build, enrich, and deploy solutions
  4. Move fluidly between customer, prototype, and production: discover the pain point, build the thing, put it in front of users, and iterate fast
  5. Drive all steps within the product development lifecycle from ideation to product development to scaling solutions across all Celonis customers

  • line between "designing the product" and "building the product" is intentionally blurry
  • owning something end-to-end
  • measured by what you ship rather than what you spec
  • track record of building coherent product offerings, not just isolated features
  • comfortable in data (SQL, PQL, Python, MCP, Agents), able to prototype and build
  • Self-directed, biased toward action, and able to make progress without a fully defined roadmap
