2-5+ years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: At least 2 year of software engineering work experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: At least 2-5 years of experience in application support, troubleshooting & Change Management. Knowledge of SQL along with working knowledge of any programming languages will be an added advantage Expectations: Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Shifts - 9 AM - 6 PM. - Make enhancements to existing software applications.
- Develop and design new reports, including data fetching through SQL, data processing, and data representation based on requirements.
- Gather requirements, understand project scope, create work estimates, and effectively plan and execute tasks.
- Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
