This is a strategic sales role within our PS Applications Sales team, responsible for developing and executing a territory and industry specific sales plan focused on Enterprise Applications and Cloud Transformation solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, develop, and close new Applications sales opportunities across ERP, HCM, CX, SCM, EPM, and AI driven business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with customers in designated market segments and industries.
- Position Oracle as a trusted business transformation partner by articulating the value of integrated cloud applications and innovation.
- Lead customer conversations around business challenges, digital transformation initiatives, process modernization, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Pre Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, and Technology Sales to deliver a unified “One Oracle” experience.
- Work closely with partners and alliances to develop joint go to market strategies and accelerate pipeline generation.
- Drive account planning, market analysis, opportunity qualification, and sales execution strategies.
- Develop compelling business cases, value propositions, and executive presentations tailored to customer priorities.
- Promote and evangelize Oracle Applications solutions across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute both individually and collaboratively within extended sales teams, helping orchestrate complex enterprise opportunities and proposals.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring long-term value creation and trusted advisor relationships.

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
