Applications Sales Executive – Public Sector

This role is a strategic sales position focused on selling Enterprise Applications and Cloud Transformation solutions, including AI-driven business solutions, to public sector clients. The Sales Executive will identify and close new opportunities, build executive relationships, lead customer conversations around business challenges and digital transformation, and collaborate with internal teams and partners. The primary duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services, manage sales cycles, develop proposals, and negotiate agreements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, develop, and close new Applications sales opportunities across ERP, HCM, CX, SCM, EPM, and AI driven business solutions.
  2. Build and maintain strong executive relationships with customers in designated market segments and industries.
  3. Position Oracle as a trusted business transformation partner by articulating the value of integrated cloud applications and innovation.
  4. Lead customer conversations about business challenges, digital transformation initiatives, process modernization, and operational excellence.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams including Pre Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, and Technology Sales to deliver a unified “One Oracle” experience.
