Sells Oracle's business applications software and solutions to prospective and existing customers in the life sciences sector, managing the sales cycle from forecasting to closing deals and negotiating contracts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory in the life sciences space. (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
  2. Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.
  3. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  4. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
  5. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
  6. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
  7. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
