Sales Representative IV role focused on selling Oracle Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CRM, etc.) to named accounts. This is a hunting and farming position requiring 12+ years of direct sales experience in strategic software or solution selling, with a focus on achieving sales targets, developing sales plans, forecasting, and managing complex sales cycles. The role involves lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals, requiring a deep understanding of the product, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the business to (over) achieve sales targets & KPIs.
  2. Developing and executing a sales plan that supports short- and long-term goals.
  3. Setting expectations with senior sales management through timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline, and sales activity reporting.
  4. Supporting sales professionals, as required, during any stage of the sales cycle: lead & pipeline generation, qualification, evaluation, negotiation, closing deals and executive coverage.
  5. Internalizing and delivering the value proposition clearly and persuasively to a variety of different audiences, including c-level executives
  6. Developing a deep understand of the product offering, customer need, and competitive landscape

Skills

Required

  • Direct sales experience in Strategic Software or Solution selling to end-users
  • Experience managing subscription new business sales
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles
  • Results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude with unwavering commitment to integrity and professionalism
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development
