This role is a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect focused on building technical relationships with System Integrators and cloud partners (AWS, GCP) to accelerate indirect revenue and enable their AI practices. Responsibilities include strategic technical partnership, joint solution development, assisting with customer deals, and representing Anthropic at partner events. The role requires strong client-facing technical experience, cloud architecture skills, and familiarity with LLM frameworks or ML/data science.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be a technical thought partner to the Anthropic GTM partnerships team, providing technical expertise to better understand the partner landscape, driving key strategic programs, and identifying opportunities to deepen partner technical capabilities.
  2. Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, support troubleshooting, evangelize Anthropic in their developer communities, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  3. Collaborate with partners to identify specific high-value industrial GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures / best practices in order to accelerate time to deployment.
  4. Step in directly to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vector, bringing deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance.
  5. Represent Anthropic at partner events such as GSI customer workshops, AWS summits, and industry conferences. Lead or support events, hackathons, and technical training sessions for partner developers, particularly for communities with deep technical expertise.
