What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement solutions using artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning, and robotics technologies to address complex customer challenges
  2. Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, machine-learning model development, model validation and comparative quantitative evaluation
  3. Specifying, designing, and implementing functionality and behaviors of robotic and autonomous systems
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and refine intelligent systems that operate at scale
  5. Contribute technical expertise and insights to drive innovation and establish best practices

Skills

Required

  • PhD, or a Master's degree and experience in CS, CE, ML or related field
  • Experience in building models for business application
  • Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
  • Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
  • Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing
  • Demonstrated experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, or robotics
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments

Nice to have

  • Experience in investigating, designing, prototyping, and delivering new and innovative system solutions
  • Experience using Unix/Linux
  • Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Experience creating novel algorithms and advancing the state of the art
  • Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
  • Strong background in Computer Vision, Machine Learning and/or robotic systems
  • Experience in developing highly-optimized CV and ML algorithms on resource-constrained platforms
  • Collaborate closely with inter-disciplinary teams spread all over the world on developing systems from prototyping to production level
  • Work closely with software engineering and science teams to drive scalable, real-time implementations
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services
  • Experience with AI-assisted specification-driven development and agent-assisted rapid prototyping
