  1. Develop an understanding and domain knowledge of operational processes, system architecture and functions, and business requirements

  3. Develop scalable mathematical models for production systems to derive optimal or near-optimal solutions for existing and new challenges
  4. Create prototypes and simulations for agile experimentation of devised solutions
  5. Partner with engineers to integrate prototypes into production systems

Skills

Required

  • Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning or equivalent quantitative field
  • Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language

Nice to have

  • PhD with industry applied research experience and expertise in Operations Research, Optimization, ML/AI, Statistics, or an equivalent field
  • Proven track record of translating research into production systems and deploying production-grade code
  • Experience in data analysis and leveraging analytics to make decisions
