This role focuses on researching, developing, and evaluating Agentic AI systems and GenAI applications to personalize customer experiences and solve complex business problems. It involves leveraging deep learning, NLP, and other AI principles, with a strong emphasis on research, implementation, and productization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Address challenges in products through Large Language Models, Deep Learning and Data Science approaches and publish research papers.
  2. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to research, implement, evaluate, optimize, productize and maintain cutting-edge machine learning models to meet the demands of our rapidly growing business
  3. Stay on top of the latest developments in machine learning and related research, and present research findings with the broader community
  4. Design, build, and evaluate Agentic AI systems to solve complex customer challenges.
