This role focuses on designing and building intelligent multi-agent systems for automating root cause analysis in advertising campaign delivery at scale. It involves architecting agentic orchestration, developing hierarchical analysis frameworks, and creating self-learning feedback loops. The goal is to significantly reduce advertiser escalation time by leveraging LLM-based agent architectures and retrieval-augmented generation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct deep data analysis to derive insights for the business, identify gaps, and uncover new opportunities.
  2. Develop scalable and effective machine learning models and optimization strategies to solve business problems.
  3. Run regular A/B experiments, gather data, and perform statistical analysis to optimize advertiser experiences.
  4. Collaborate closely with software engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions into production.
  5. Enhance the scalability, efficiency, and automation of large-scale data analytics, model training, deployment, and serving.
