About the role:** **The AR Accountant - Cash Application supports the finance team by helping process customer payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with payment-related questions. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in finance or accounting who is detail-oriented and eager to learn.

In this role, you will:
- Review and help process daily customer payments, including researching unapplied payments
- Assist with recording Stripe payouts in NetSuite and matching them to the correct invoices
- Support the application of bulk partner payments to customer accounts
- Help set up customer and vendor payments, including verifying banking details for ACH requests
- Process manual payments by following established procedures and guidelines
- Respond to complex customer questions about payments
- Assist with handling payment disputes
- Work with finance and sales teams to help identify and apply customer payments to open accounts.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting or financial processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
An ideal candidate also has:
- Internship or coursework related to accounting or finance
- Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Stripe, or Salesforce is helpful but not required
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas)
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions.
