Salesforce is seeking a Financial Systems Manager for their Accounts Receivable finance department. The role involves managing the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Revenue Operations systems, providing technical support, identifying process improvements, and overseeing AR and Collections system operations. The candidate will also engage with cross-functional teams, support projects, and ensure documentation and training standards are met. Requires in-depth understanding of Salesforce clouds, SOQL/SQL, data analysis, and Salesforce administration certification.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Revenue Operations needs.
  2. Provide overall direction and set objectives for the accounts receivable AR and Collections system operations
  3. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported systems and procedures
  4. Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Revenue Operations needs.
  5. Provide expert level technical support, address user issues, troubleshoot problems and ensure timely resolution of system related incidents
