Area Account Manager- Biosurgery Specialist

This role is for an Area Account Manager specializing in Biosurgery products within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division. The primary responsibility is to sell hemostatic products, build market preference, manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and drive sales targets in an assigned territory. The role also involves educating customers on new technologies and solutions, managing existing accounts, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Sell franchise products within a territory.
  2. Provide weekly and monthly sales action plan to manager, reflecting the activities required in each account to achieve sales objectives.
  3. Develop understanding customer needs to identify sales opportunities
  4. Work with managers to identify customer in-service needs to support customer delivered healthcare services and use of products efficiently and effectively
  5. With guidance, prepare a plan to optimize key account development and sales growth
