Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Area Fellowship Manager to support fellowship physicians and programs within their Cardiovascular division. This role involves building relationships with fellowship programs and stakeholders to develop, execute, and assess fellow education programs. The manager will collaborate with professional education, field sales, and clinical teams to identify training gaps and create engagement experiences for fellows in various cardiology specialties. Responsibilities include implementing engagement strategies, promoting educational content, communicating opportunities, providing feedback on programs, managing event logistics, tracking fellows' educational journeys, and ensuring field teams are informed about program processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing cardiology role, with experience in fellowship programs preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Implement fellowship program engagement strategy for fellowship programs in aligned segment with input from multiple stakeholders including Physician Program Directors, Professional Education and Commercial Team.
  2. Promote and deliver educational content for fellows in collaboration with clinical team and KOL’s in the Cardiovascular space. Programs should incorporate stakeholder input and support including Health Care Compliance, Medical Science, Commercial Marketing, and fellowship program directors.
  3. Communicate upcoming fellows engagement opportunities to field and fellowship programs to ensure adoption of fellows learning curriculum, best practices, and transition to practice.
  4. Provide feedback on the strategic implementation and assessment of the need for new fellows’ programs and modifications of existing fellows’ programs based on follow-up, customer satisfaction, utilization, and metrics.
  5. Handle all communication and follow up with the fellows’ events, attendees, and field referrals in given segment.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Science related field
  • minimum of five years of related experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of Cardiology in a customer-facing role (including Interventional Cardiology, Heart Failure, Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or other Cardiovascular related specialties)
  • 3-5 years of track record of success in a sales or clinical role
