  2. 落实大区与智飞管理团队共同制定的相关管理机制,包括定期沟通机制、辖区管理机制、业务跟进机制等,协助智飞完成业务诊断和梳理,确保关键目标达成一致和执行落地
  3. 参与智飞大区月会/季度会,准确传达市场部的核心信息,并与辖区内智飞大区经理相互配合确保一线销售人员对推广主题及信息的理解
  4. 协助智飞一线经理提升团队能力,给与团队管理意见
  5. 通过专业拜访和观念发展来培养疾控体系全国/区域KOL及讲者,推动辖区学术活动落地执行
