主要职责:
1、经销商管理:
深入洞察辖区疫苗市场动态、竞争对手情况及客户等信息,制定辖区的业务规划和目标,协同合作伙伴智飞团队完成目标,实现业务的可持续增长。
落实大区与智飞管理团队共同制定的相关管理机制,包括定期沟通机制、辖区管理机制、业务跟进机制等,协助智飞完成业务诊断和梳理,确保关键目标达成一致和执行落地
参与智飞大区月会/季度会,准确传达市场部的核心信息,并与辖区内智飞大区经理相互配合确保一线销售人员对推广主题及信息的理解
协助智飞一线经理提升团队能力,给与团队管理意见
2、客户管理和生态搭建:
通过专业拜访和观念发展来培养疾控体系全国/区域KOL及讲者,推动辖区学术活动落地执行
助力疫苗生态体系的建立和完善,优化辖区内的渠道管理,确保供货通畅;完善标准化的疫苗接种服务流程,推动建立线上线下预约和科普体系
重点推进在辖区内PIP/CIP等重大项目落地,推动校园及企业大客户接种,私立医院等创新渠道建设
3、合规管理:
在工作过程中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度。
确保区域内合作伙伴的行为符合公司合规要求。
任职要求:
医药或营销相关专业本科学历以上,5年以上医药行业经验,销售管理经验或疫苗行业经验优先;
良好的影响力,能够与内外部关键决策者和客户互动
具有合理的业务分析能力,擅长策略计划并具有执行力
主动担当,具有良好的学习能力和适应性
