Area Sales Manager for Vision Care in Istanbul, Turkey. Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a field sales team to achieve sales targets and execute commercial strategy. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  2. Drive execution of the country commercial strategy across the territory, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  3. Build strong relationships with Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), Key Accounts, and strategic customers
  4. Ensure effective territory planning, segmentation, and call execution to maximize productivity and impact
  5. Monitor performance through data-driven insights (KPIs, BI tools) and take proactive actions to close gaps

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or FMCG
  • Proven track record in team management and delivering strong commercial results
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
  • Experience working with key accounts and complex customer environments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (Both written and verbal)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
