This role leads schedule operations for a large-scale AI enabling infrastructure campus. It involves managing integrated master schedules, overseeing a team of schedulers, forecasting and mitigating schedule risks, and ensuring commercial accountability. The role requires expertise in project scheduling tools and practices, leadership skills, and experience with AI-enabled scheduling and ethical AI practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring the seamless integration of all General Contractor schedules via critical interface milestones.
  2. Serve as the technical lead for Schedule Controls across the campus, encompassing baseline schedule reviews, schedule updates and reporting, schedule change management/Extension of Time (EOT) approval, delay tracking, schedule metric/quality assurance, schedule delay mitigation, and risk facilitation/mitigation
  3. Assume responsibility for the application of commercial entitlement pertaining to schedule changes and Extension of Time (EOT) on the project.
  4. Provide leadership to site teams, Project Controls Analysts, and Scheduler consultants regarding Delay Tracking, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, and claims
  5. Analyze and communicate schedule health and risk in collaboration with the onsite Project Controls Lead and Construction Management Leadership, and provide necessary escalation

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale, complex capital projects
  • Proven expertise in integrated master schedule management, schedule controls, and risk mitigation
  • Experience with commercial entitlement & schedule change management
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and analytics/reporting platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of direct experience in schedule leadership for mega-projects (>1GW or $1B+)
  • Experience managing schedule operations across multiple General Contractors and vendors
  • Track record of driving schedule health, risk mitigation, and commercial accountability in a global organization
  • Experience with AI-enabled scheduling, automation, or advanced analytics
  • Experience within mission-critical infrastructure or technology programs
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
