What you'll do The Area Vice President (AVP), Enterprise Sales - DACH role is pivotal to the success of the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the day to day leadership of the DACH Enterprise function as well as the strategic direction of the segment. This position is a people manager role reporting to the VP, DACH Sales Responsibility Win new Enterprise clients and logos with the support of marketing, sales engineering, and business development Create, direct, and drive new business campaigns across the region Assist the team in creating and executing on complex deals that create business value and ROI for the customer Participate in closing deals with target Enterprise accounts and driving Enterprise business initiatives for future regional success Attract, hire, and retain the best talent for the Enterprise Sales team Build and develop a high-performing team through use of data and operational rigor (close rates, pipeline coverage, time to close, win rates, forecasting, etc) Develop and maintain executive and senior-level client relationships Represent our customers' product needs through various internal and external forums Support Docusign’s various Resell, Strategic, and Systems Integrator partners Manage sales opportunities together with Partners, Strategic and Systems Integrator partners, and Resellers in the region Collaborate with business partners across Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Business Development, and Partners to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy Ensure achievement of the various quarterly pipeline, bookings, and retention goals set for the region Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels Prioritize the successful implementation of Docusign platform and services into our customer base Job Designation Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.
