Arquitecto/a End-to-end / Solution Manager – Oracle Communications (sector Telco)

What you'd actually do

  1. Brindar una visión de arquitectura end-to-end para soluciones Telco, cubriendo plataformas OSS y BSS, así como áreas empresariales como CRM, financiero y gestión de fuerza laboral.
  2. Definir arquitecturas de referencia modulares y escalables, alineadas con estándares de la industria (por ejemplo, TM Forum SID/ODA/eTom), que permitan la integración eficiente de plataformas empresariales y la correcta gestión de todos los procesos de negocio: ventas, gestión de pedidos, aprovisionamiento, activación, campo, facturación y charging para segmentos masivos y empresariales.
  3. Gestionar la viabilidad técnica, los riesgos y los planes de mitigación en la implementación de soluciones.
  4. Asegurar el cumplimiento de SLAs, KPIs técnicos y objetivos de negocio.
  5. Representar a Oracle en workshops, presentaciones ejecutivas y comités con clientes y stakeholders, actuando como asesor/a técnico/a de confianza.

Skills

Required

  • University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems, Computing, Electronics or related fields
  • 20+ years of experience in Telco OSS/BSS projects
  • 10+ years in solution architecture leadership roles
  • Experience in large-scale, regional or multinational projects for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Telco operators
  • Experience integrating OSS/BSS platforms with CRM, activation systems, billing, charging, finance, workforce management, and ERP
  • Knowledge of architectural paradigms such as SOA, microservices, API management, integration patterns, and DevOps practices
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies: Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL, SOAP/REST
  • Experience integrating platforms, APIs, and microservices for enterprise solutions using various integration technologies
  • Leadership and effective communication in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
  • Results orientation and achievement of goals and objectives
  • Negotiation and expectation management skills with internal teams and clients
  • Adaptability to dynamic and distributed environments
  • Advanced English (oral and written)
  • Ability to integrate architecture, management, and pre-sales aspects
  • Customer orientation and quality assurance in deliverables
