Art & Design Coordinator

This role defines, governs, and enables visual and design standards for content across Emerging Markets, focusing on creating scalable, reusable, and high-quality content. It aims to improve efficiency, brand consistency, and usability by treating design as a system capability and optimizing content for reuse across various platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define, develop, and evolve visual design and UX standards, guidelines, and playbooks for Emerging Markets, in alignment with EM-C3oE governance.
  2. Ensure consistent application of brand identity, visual principles, accessibility, and UX best practices across EM content and digital channels.
  3. Conceptualize and deliver final creative solutions for regional and reference content, including adaptation and localization for EM markets.
  4. Design and maintain scalable visual systems, templates, and modular assets that enable content reuse and efficient localization.
  5. Collaborate closely with EM Brand teams, CEI leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support visual communication needs within standardized workflows.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic and digital design within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in User Experience (UX) design, with a solid understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies, with the ability to explore, adopt, and apply AI-enabled tools to enhance creative efficiency, scalability, and content reuse within governed frameworks
