Roblox is seeking an Art Director for its Plus Brand Creative team to lead the visual direction of social-first storytelling. The role involves conceptualizing and crafting content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, celebrating the Roblox platform, community, and creators. The Art Director will collaborate with designers, editors, and marketers to translate brand campaigns into engaging social narratives, maintaining a high standard of craft in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead concept-driven art direction for Roblox’s social channels, creating content designed for in-feed discovery and engagement.
  2. Concept and develop platform-native ideas across formats including short-form video, motion-driven graphics, carousels, memes, and community-driven content.
  3. Collaborate closely with motion designers, editors, copywriters, and marketers to bring social-first storytelling to life.
  4. Translate brand campaigns, launches, and cultural moments into compelling social content that resonates with the Roblox community.
  5. Help define and evolve the visual language of Roblox across social platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
