This role is for a Senior Account Manager in the MedTech Sales division, specifically focusing on Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). The position involves developing partnerships, managing business reviews, creating multi-platform deal strategies, and leading negotiations to achieve sales objectives within a highly regulated clinical environment. The role requires a strong understanding of MedTech, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across various internal and external stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop partnerships between enterprise and Platform sales management, marketing, offer development, legal and contract to implement business plan strategies and contracts to achieve/exceed ASC sales objectives within the assigned geographic area.
  2. Own and perform quarterly business reviews with the ASC customer that includes field sales partners
  3. Own multi-platform and multi-capital ASC deal strategy creation. This is a highly collaborative effort across all DePuy Synthes platforms and possibly J&J MedTech enterprises.
  4. Implement a thorough account planning process to align local sales team on specific account level strategies, objectives, and timelines
  5. Co-develop strategic business plans that span DPS businesses, identify relevant customer needs, prioritize initiatives, company investments, and establish a clear action plan for success

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years related business experience
  • Proven experience in a highly regulated clinical environment
  • MedTech experience
