Autodesk is seeking a Renewals Executive in Kuala Lumpur to drive, forecast, and close renewals, foster customer loyalty, and identify expansion opportunities. The role involves direct customer engagement, collaboration with partners and sales teams, and mitigating churn risk to ensure irresistible customer experiences. Responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, managing direct renewals, building pipeline, providing sales support, resolving renewal issues, identifying upsell opportunities, reporting on sales results, coordinating sales meetings, and enhancing customer/partner relationships through complex negotiations and influencing skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Achieve assigned sales quotas to drive revenue growth
  2. Direct Customer engagement with Mid-Market Customers across ASEAN
  3. Manage the direct renewals directly with the end-users
  4. Builds opportunity pipeline and forecast management for Mid-Market renewal opportunities
  5. Works closely and aligns with Midmarket sales and partner ecosystems to drive renewal and expansion opportunities

Skills

Required

  • Fluent English and an ASEAN language (Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in handling the sales/renewals of ASEAN B2B customers through direct customer engagement
  • 5+ years of software sales/renewals sales experience
  • Proven ability to negotiate $50k+ complex sales/renewals deals
  • Working knowledge of SFDC complex sales/renewals deals
