Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration on tasks
- Proven capability to understand and follow written procedures
- Ability to work independently or in groups effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
**Bonus Points If You Have **(Preferred Requirements):
- A bachelor's degree
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity
Physical/Mental Requirements
- The capability to focus attention on the line's performance and adherence to aseptic behaviors and operational procedures that in turn leads to higher-than-normal performance
- Ability to hold self and others accountable and to encourage colleagues to take personal responsibility for their performance/actions
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated aptitude to execute Aseptic techniques to a high degree of proficiency
- Must be able to read and write and follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments
- Required to do frequent lifting of 15-20 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 25 pounds
- Vision must be correctable to 20/20
- Satisfactory performance and attendance are required
- Must be capable of performing data entry into calculators and computers
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements
- This role follows a Monday–Friday D1 day shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional off‑shift support required as needed to address critical issues.

The salary for this position ranges from $23.40 to $39.01 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
