The role involves shaping AP market access strategy, influencing global decisions, leading TA access strategy and pricing governance, driving execution excellence, building market access capability and talent, and shaping policy. The ideal candidate will have extensive pharmaceutical experience, deep knowledge of market access and pricing across AP markets, and proven leadership skills.

What the JD emphasized

  • recent and extensive pharmaceutical experience
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, HTA, policy or related pharmaceutical functions
  • Deep knowledge of market access, strategic pricing, payer processes, HTA, evidence generation, reimbursement negotiation and policy dynamics across AP markets
  • Senior market access experience at Operating Company and regional levels strongly preferred
  • Country-level market access experience required, preferably in reimbursement markets with direct payer, HTA or pricing negotiation exposure
