This role is a customer service associate for Johnson & Johnson's Global Services (GS) Experience Center. The associate will handle inquiries and resolve issues related to HR, Payroll, Procurement, and Expense Reporting processes and policies via phone, email, web-form, and chat. The role involves documenting cases, escalating complex issues, and supporting employees with self-service options and program information. The primary focus is on customer service operations and process adherence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Receive inbound inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, web-form, chat), clarify the need, answer the inquiries and assist in the resolution of concerns.
  2. Access enabling technology to complete client inquiries and transactions.
  3. Fully document all cases in case management application.
  4. Raise complex transactions to Tier 2 for resolution or contact with third party vendors as appropriate.
  5. Raise client service issues to the Team Leader, supervisor or manager as necessary.

Required

  • Japanese, Korean and English language proficiency (speak, read, write)
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess client needs
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
  • Computer-literate with knowledge of common office productivity software and customer service software applications
