This role is a Program Manager for Apple Store Online, focusing on strategizing, planning, and managing the launch of Apple products and programs worldwide. The goal is to ensure a magical and personal digital shopping experience for customers, aligning people, processes, and technologies for successful product launches and exceptional customer experiences. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, managing detailed plans, and driving change management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Center point for ASO, connecting all teams and workstreams, ensuring the best customer experience at launch and the integrity of the orders
  2. Collaborate on and influence Online strategy at launch. Own and deliver content + features plan with clear deliverables & timelines
  3. Track and manage evolving priorities and overlapping programs, with appropriate trade-offs. (With WWPM, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, Finance and Retail Commercial teams)
  4. Drive detailed operational and systems plan of record and implementation, and managing readiness across internal and external systems (With Digital Commerce Management, Ops, RCC and IS&T)
  5. Drive effective change management with the new and changing Apple and Retail programs (With Digital Merchandising, Product Management and IS&T)
