This role involves performing daily production line operations according to the manufacturing process flow, adhering to safety and quality standards, meeting production pace requirements, and participating in process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a vocational school degree or higher in a mechanical-related field and prior assembly or testing experience is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. 100%遵守工厂安全规定。
  2. 遵守质量要求，保质保量的完成规定操作以满足生产线和生产区域的质量绩效和指标要求（污染物控制、质量缺陷等）。
  3. 满足生产节拍要求。
  4. 必要时，接替其他团队成员的工作和帮助团队维持生产线正常运转。
  5. 及时地向班组长发出Andon 请求。
