What you'd actually do

  1. 100% strictly according to safety operation manual operation, ensure the safety of themselves and others in the work, timely discover safety hazards and timely eliminate them.
  2. 100% strictly according to JIS document operation, ensure the production of qualified and high-quality products, flowing into the next process.
  3. Production level and production performance reasonable control, production rate reached more than 90%
  4. Good control of the use of consumables in this position,保管 and maintenance of fixtures, measuring tools, tools, so that the cost is greatly reduced.
  5. 100% strictly according to the equipment operation manual (MOI) operation, do TPM inspection every shift, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, report abnormalities in time, and ensure production needs.

Skills

Required
