What you'd actually do

  1. Strictly abide by standardized operations.
  2. Complete various assembly operations according to the production plan and assembly process flow within the specified time.
  3. Strictly implement the PPE wearing regulations for the post, strictly abide by all safety regulations to avoid safety accidents.
  4. Quickly learn the operations of the whole machine and its production process.
  5. Perform self-inspection of the assembly process and results as required, and complete various records accurately and in a timely manner.

Skills

Required

  • Vocational school or equivalent and above education, manufacturing-related major
  • 3+ years of experience in assembly of loaders or similar products
  • Good safety and quality awareness, strictly operate according to regulations and procedures.
  • Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • Good 5S and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) concepts.
