An Assembler is responsible for assembly and disassembly, testing and packaging of product.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy
- Use of pneumatic tools, including grinders, air ratchet, impact gun and rivet gun
- Steam clean pieces to ensure part is free from dirt and chips
- Dip parts into rust remover
- Oil parts prior to packaging
- Final inspection of parts
- Band work pieces and prepare for shipping
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform repetitive operations
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:
- Blueprint reading experience
- Caliper and other measuring tool reading
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training
- Effective communications skills
- *** Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.**

Summary Pay Range:
$18.80 - $24.40
