What you'd actually do

  1. Complete new employee three-level training and courseware within three months, pass standardized operation test and obtain certification before the end of the probation period.
  2. Strictly abide by standardized operations
  3. Reach skill matrix 3+3 before being promoted from assembly junior worker to assembly technician
  4. Strictly implement the company's PPE wearing regulations and strictly abide by various safety regulations to avoid safety accidents.
  5. Strictly implement other company rules and regulations, and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or foreman in a timely manner
  6. Quickly learn the operations of engines and their production processes
