What you'd actually do

  1. Complete the three-level safety education and training for new employees and pass the standardized operation test and obtain certification before the end of the probation period.
  2. Strictly abide by standardized operations, feedback problems according to the STF process, and understand the basic knowledge of FMEA.
  3. Reach skill matrix 3+3 before being promoted from assembly apprentice to assembly technician.
  4. Strictly implement PPE wear at the post and abide by all safety regulations, and immediately report any safety hazards to the supervisor.
  5. Quickly learn engine station assembly operations, carefully study Lean knowledge such as SWS, BIQ, RPRT, BIS, and be able to understand basic production charts.
