This role involves performing routine assembly, testing, or part handling of machine components. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and quality standards, participating in process improvement meetings, and completing required training. The ideal candidate has a vocational degree in mechanical engineering, can read mechanical drawings, and possesses good communication and teamwork skills. Experience with intermediate-level fitter or CNC operator certifications is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. 装配、测试或上、下件机器零部件工作。
  2. 参与班前PID流程改进会议,积极提出发现的问题和建议, 服从主管的各项工作要求。
  3. 严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定,严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。
  4. 积极参与发现生产过程中存在的各类问题和风险,积极提交持续改进建议CI。
  5. 按时完成公司要求的各项培训,自主完成对工作有益的其他培训。

  • Intermediate fitter operation certificate or CNC intermediate operator certificate or above
  • Familiarity with CPS and Lean Production knowledge
