What you'd actually do

1. Participate in the creation of standardized work and strictly implement it after the standard is established.
2. Participate in pre-shift process improvement dialogues, actively propose problems and suggestions found in production, and carefully listen to the requirements of the team leader.
3. Strictly implement the PPE wearing regulations for the post and strictly abide by all safety regulations to avoid safety injury accidents.
4. Actively participate in discovering problems and risks in the production process and actively submit continuous improvement suggestion cards.
5. Actively learn and master the operations of other workstations to ensure that the area has sufficient flexibility to meet production needs when order requirements change.
