What you'd actually do

  1. Train apprentices, technicians, and specialists in assembly.
  2. Assist in developing employee training and development plans.
  3. Conduct training activities and provide logistical support.
  4. Implement training effectiveness evaluation tools and prepare reports.
  5. Strictly adhere to PPE and safety regulations to prevent injuries.

Skills

Required

  • Secondary vocational education or above, major in mechanical.
  • Good 5S and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) concepts.
  • Five years of external mechanical assembly experience or at least 24 months as an assembly specialist.
  • Good safety awareness: no personal injury records for 12 consecutive months due to personal reasons, and no safety violations found in three consecutive months of safety inspections.
  • Good quality awareness: no parts scrapped due to personal operation reasons for 12 consecutive months.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word operations, and basic PowerPoint, Lotus Notes skills.
  • Adapt to shift work and production overtime.
  • Possess training qualifications for 5 or more workstations in the skills matrix.
  • Familiar with the assembly process, quality points, and safety risks of 904 products.
