Assembler Technician responsible for routine assembly, testing, or parts handling of machine components. Focuses on following standard procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute a series of routine machine parts assembly, testing, or parts handling tasks.
  2. Participate in pre-shift PID process improvement meetings, actively proposing identified issues and suggestions, and complying with supervisor's work requirements.
  3. Strictly adhere to PPE wearing regulations and all safety regulations to prevent safety accidents.
  4. Actively participate in identifying various issues and risks in the production process and actively submit continuous improvement suggestions CI.
  5. Complete all training required by the company on time and independently complete other training beneficial to the work.

  • Vocational school education or above, major in mechanical engineering
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand general technical requirements such as tolerance fits
  • Ability to adapt to shift work
  • Good safety and quality awareness
  • Ability to operate strictly according to regulations and procedures
  • Good understanding of 5S and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) concepts
  • Basic computer operation skills

Nice to have

  • Intermediate fitter operation certificate or CNC intermediate operation certificate or above
  • Basic daily English reading ability, understanding simple English assembly terms
