Asset Management (sam) Senior Analyst

The Software Asset Management (SAM) Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring enterprise-wide software license compliance and optimizing software asset utilization. This role involves analyzing software usage and contractual entitlements, producing Effective License Position (ELP) reports using Flexera, and driving remediation efforts. The analyst will also support software lifecycle activities and act as a liaison between Software Owners and the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead team of resources to load and manage Flexera entitlements, create Effective License Position and remediation activities.
  2. ServiceNow Model Table Management and Software Catalog Management
  3. Software Usage & Optimization, analyze software usage reports to identify underutilized applications and establish removal rules for infrequently used software to optimize license usage and reduce costs.
  4. Process Improvement, identify and document requirements to enhance SAM processes and workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across software asset management practices.
