Supervises CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) activities and Investment Efficiency processes for PTME Assembly, including planning, budgeting, prioritization, and alignment with manufacturing engineering leaders. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the Inv Eff process, leads roadmaps, documents processes, and interfaces with various departments like GME, Operations, Mfg Finance, and Purchasing. Manages benchmarking processes for internal, external companies, and OEM suppliers, and supports the incorporation of lessons learned. Also leads efforts to identify equipment re-use opportunities and manages the Standard Cost Catalog process. Requires an Engineering or Business Degree, 10 years of Mfg Engineering experience, knowledge of engine/transmission/axle/PDU processes, program costing experience, presentation skills, data analysis/mining skills, and servant leadership.

  1. Lead CAFM activities for PTME Assembly : current year plan, budgeting for future years, prioritization of operational requests, alignment of projects with operations Mfg Eng leaders, recommendations for funding approvals.
  2. Subject Matter Expert for the Inv Eff process in Global PT ME Assembly
  3. Lead the Inv Eff Roadmaps
  4. Document the standard Global PT CAFM and Inv Eff process (owner of process) and incorporate improvements
  5. Coordinate Inv Eff benchmarking process and plans for Global PT ME (commodity teams responsible for data collection/analysis and action plans)
