This role supports the management of corporate and class actions within Wealth Management Operations, focusing on operational excellence and technological innovation. Responsibilities include handling the life cycle of corporate actions, overseeing structured products, collaborating with global teams, and supporting strategic projects. Requires a graduate degree, 3+ years of financial services experience, and knowledge of asset servicing and SWIFT messages. Familiarity with automation tools and AI/ML concepts is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Handle the life cycle of corporate actions, including mandatory, voluntary, and choice actions, ensuring accurate and timely processing to meet client and regulatory requirements.
  2. Oversee all aspects of structured products and proxy actions, from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for clients.
  3. Collaborate with Operations Leaders and key partners across Wealth Management, Technology, and Business teams to drive issue resolution and maintain smooth operations.
  4. Support strategic projects and contribute to process improvements within the team.
  5. Ensure business activities are executed efficiently, controlled, and timely by understanding, reviewing, and implementing processes, systems, and procedures.

Skills

Required

  • Graduate degree
  • Minimum three years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, or management in Investment Banking Wealth Management
  • Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities Market
  • Proficient in SWIFT Messages and Financial Markets
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Consultative approach with the ability to anticipate business partner needs and proactively deliver solutions
  • Highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a transformational mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of automation tools and AI/ML concepts
  • Securities Operations experience
  • Experience with AI tools such as Alteryx, Signavio, and Tableau
