This role is for an Assistant Digital Solution Manager at Johnson & Johnson in Shanghai, China. The primary focus is on managing digital solutions for external affairs and business operations departments, including translating business needs into plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality. While IT background and project management experience are required, AI application practice experience or familiarity with the healthcare business/systems is preferred. What you'd actually do

  1. 全面独立负责项目的立项、计划、执行、监控、收尾工作，确保按时、按质、按预算交付。
  2. 需与项目相关方多轮深度沟通，清晰梳理并确认需求，驱动需求落地；
  3. 制作并维护项目计划、里程碑、资源计划及风险/问题清单，跟踪推进并报告项目进展；
  4. 负责项目变更管理和供应商/外包管理，协调跨团队冲突与依赖；
  5. 使用数据化工具进行数据建模、报表与仪表盘开发，支持项目数据可视化与决策分析。
